I offer the three basic types of planing forms which are the "Quad", "Penta", and the "Hex".

All of my forms are 68 inches long with adjusting stations on five inch centers.  Each adjusting station is comprised of a precision hardened and ground dowel surrounded by a set of push/pull hardware which is two pieces of 1/4 - 28 hex cap socket screws.  I have found that this screw pitch allows for a gradual and more precise set up of the forms.

I have designed my forms out of a low carbon, mild, cold finished steel (1018).  When assembled the forms are 3/4 inches tall by 1 1/2 inches wide by 67 3/4 inches long.

For shipping purposes one set of forms is packaged in a single PVC tube with PVC end caps.  One form set will weigh 26 pounds and have a length of 69 inches and a three inch diameter.  The Quad and Penta set of forms is comprised of two sets of forms.
